Should I pursue this?

I was at restaurant and gave my credit/debit card to the waitress to pay for the meal. She returned saying that it wasn%26#039;t processing. I asked for an ATM inthe area, but my card was still not processing. I returned to the restaurant and offered the only cash I had in my pocket ($20) but they said they didn%26#039;t take partial payments! So a few days later, I come to find that my bank had put my account on hold because of suspecious activity. Well, all has been resolved. So I called the restaurant and offered my credit card to pay the bill ($25 with tip), they were going to let the manager know of my call. But no one has returned my phone call. Should I pursue this? I liked the restaurant, it was very good, but I don%26#039;t want to go before I pay the bill.

if you go there again, make sure you have enough cash to cover how much you already owe them, plus enough to pay for your new dinner. explain the situation to the manager, dont speak to anyone else but the manager, and offer to give them cash or credit. if they dont want it, dont worry about it again, they may just tell you not to pay for the orignial, and if that is the case, you made a good faith effort, and dont give it anouther thought. you are worrying way too much abuot a little thing.
